Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging
- Shoes must show no signs of wear (please try them on carpeted surfaces only)
- All tags and protective sole coverings must remain attached
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on socks and insoles unless they are unopened in their original packaging. These items are marked as non-returnable in their product descriptions.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you’d like to return or exchange.
- Wait for approval – Our customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
- Package your return – Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Ship your return – Send the package to our returns center at the address provided in your return approval email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival at our facility), we’ll process your refund or exchange:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Credit card/PayPal refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution
- Exchanges will be processed as soon as we receive your return, with the new item shipped within 1-2 business days
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
