Great fit for me. I where an 11 US, 44 EU and these are perfect both in length and width. I bought a lighter pair and am returning these only because they are a little too dark for my taste.

These shoes do not hold up and contacting Birkenstock is disappointing. The soles of these shoes separated causing a bubble and splitting of the sole. They referred me to a shoe repair that I could have the shoe repaired but at my cost. Wouldnt buy again

I’m a business exec and am constantly reminded of my “weird” show choice. I wear some version of Birkenstock sandals daily because they are plain comfortable. I knew I needed to step it up so I got these and am VERY happy with this purchase. The footbed is AMAZING. Even better than the sandals.

Shoe has a generous width for toes, if that is what you need. However, the cork material in the sole feels a little weird. But the worst part is the overly aggressive arch support. I like arch support, but this shoe is over the top. I think it could potentially cause some real damage, and I’d hate to be somewhere after a few hours that I couldn’t get out of that situation.

This is the worst shoe Birkenstock probably ever made. I purchased a suede shoe and the insole is kind of weird. It provides excessive play and as a result my toes keep rubbing in the toe box. It generally appears to be disproportionate in the room between the heel and toe. Needless to say, I am completely dissatisfied and feel like a fool for trusting that their quality will reflect across their entire shoe line. Birkenstock is pretty much a one trick pony.

These shoes were a little bigger than advertised. These are comfortable support-wise but I am a Birkenstock wearer so they felt a bit stiff but supportive. I was disappointed with the quality of the stitching on the shoes…some of it was off and the white material under the leather was showing.

The soles developed holes after 4 months of light wear (worn to work in an office about half the time). Birkenstock was unhelpful when contacted about the poor quality of their product.

Shoes fit fine for me, but I am used to Birkenstock sizing, and I use custom orthotics, which fit perfectly in this size.

Excellent fit and construction. No break-in period. I’ve worn Birkenstock sandals around the house for years but never considered their shoes. Glad I did. While fit and overall value were my main criteria, I’m not unhappy that these Birkenstock Bends look much less clunky and orthopedic than the more expensive shoes of two other brands I was considering.

Shoe looks good, but is not comfortable. Ironically named “bend”, this shoe does not.
